Spend your day with lilacs and iris in bloom!
Begin your experience here on our farm by enjoying an exquisite four course botanical
luncheon surrounded with spring blooms in our English Threshing Barn. The luncheon will be
flavored by the earliest of our garden gatherings. Then, let your imagination be inspired by
reveling in the found beauty of spring’s offerings in blossom. Master floral arranging class will
be taught by Amy Machamer, who will share the treasured insights of decades of floral
knowledge and artistry centered on capturing the spirit of our cherished Western New York
landscape in shareable form. Go home with with a spirited bouquet of your own making in an
exquisite hand thrown Spanish terracotta vase white-glazed for the softness of spring. At the
close relax and enjoy spring dessert and coffee amid the setting aglow with your own floral
artistry.

This class includes our Lilac Luncheon and refreshments throughout the day.
